The Norwegian Society of Engineers and Technologists (Norwegian: Norges Ingeniør- og Teknologorganisasjon; NITO) is the largest union in engineering in Norway with approximately 90 000 members. NITO has 21 regional branches covering the country and over 2,000 local clubs and shop stewards. Most of the working members are affiliated to a local club. The local clubs or workshops are organisationally placed directly under the regional branches. With a few exceptions the branches follow Norway's county borders. I’ve been running out of band-aids
I can’t seem to stop having these sad days
My life’s been tipping over sideways
But I’ll keep hoping its just a bad phase
These cuts they keep appearing
And my happiness disappearing
But my mind keeps on convincing me
That it’ll all get better if I’m not giving up
Cuz life sometimes goes up a hill
Comes crashing down without your will
And when it does the time goes still
It'll remain like that at least until
You put a bandage on the damage
And you somehow have to manage
Live you’re life on like a savage
Even though you’re carrying all that baggage
Though the point is more than serious
To the point where you’re delirious
You gotta hide it with a smile
While everyone else is just oblivious
I’d try to take my own advice if I could
But with all the traumas that I have withstood
I’ve been doing it for so long now
Every time that I’ve been feeling down
But I’m running out of band-aids
And I keep on having sad days
Why’s my life keep turning sideways
When I feel like I’m doing all the right things?
Every time I try to heal myself
I’ve always got things on my mind after the clock hits twelve
I’ve gotta hide all the pain and put it on a shelf
But if I do that for you what about myself?
I hope you never run out of band aids like me
Cuz then that’d mean you’ve had too many bad days sadly
If The whole world keeps going down hill like a valley
Remember that the rest of the world is also vastly
So lets get out of here together now
Just take my hand and I’ll show you how
The worlds so big you have to see
I just need you to believe in me
Don’t get so comfortable in your suffering
I know that you’ve been wondering
If you could find something so comforting
Let’s get out of here and start recovering
