Taijitu

A taijitu (simplified Chinese: 太极图; traditional Chinese: 太極圖; pinyin: tàijítú; Wade–Giles: t'ai⁴chi²t'u²) is a symbol or diagram (图 tú) in Chinese philosophy representing Taiji (太极 tàijí "great pole" or "supreme ultimate") in both its monist (wuji) and its dualist (yin and yang) aspects. Such a diagram was first introduced by Song Dynasty philosopher Zhou Dunyi (周敦頤 1017–1073) in his Taijitu shuo 太極圖說. The modern Taoist canon, compiled during the Ming era, has at least half a dozen variants of such taijitu. The two most similar are the "Taiji Primal Heaven" (太極先天圖 tàijí xiāntiān tú) and the "wuji" (無極圖 wújí tú) diagrams, both of which have been extensively studied during the Qing period for their possible connection with Zhou Dunyi's taijitu.Ming period autho… more »

I don’t know how to wear my heart on my sleeve
It is not my outer coat, it ain't easy
Been through some heartbreak best believe me
This is not healthy, pack your things, and leave me
I can see my own soul dwindling in the cold
God, I’m scared please pull me close
I got a lot of demons I don’t know who to trust
Blood, murder, or suicide is what beholds
People tell me that they love me but I’m actually scared of that
I don’t know if I can love since all my trust fall flat
Devil on my shoulder and I listen to him daily
Filling my brains with lies making my days rainy
I can’t even pay attention to the man that made me
I don’t see the point of living even if you paid me
I never get no sleep and it lowkey makes crazy
So if you gave me rope I would prolly go and hang me
Lord, please help me
As I stay awake all night thinking about past things daily
My mind is always weary and my eyes are so hazy
So much so I can even think about the one that made me
And you made me
I don’t know how to wear my heart on my sleeve
It’s not my outer coat, it ain't easy
Been through some heartbreak best believe me
This is not healthy, pack your things, and leave me
I can see my own soul dwindling in the cold
God, I’m scared please pull me close
I got a lot of demons I don’t know who to trust
Blood, murder, or suicide is what beholds
Do you ever think of me God
Or I have been forgotten
My soul, glassy as the sea
Blue as the skies I climb in
Ever since we took a break
Your feelings have been hiding
My mind is breaking
Getting back is like climbing a mountain
I don’t know how to wear my heart on my sleeve
It’s not my outer coat, it ain't easy
Been through some heartbreak best believe me
This not healthy, pack your things and leave me
I can see my own soul dwindling in the cold
God, I’m scared please pull me close
I got a lot of demons I don’t know who to trust
Blood, murder, or suicide is what beholds
