The easy, fast & fun way to learn how to sing: 30DaySinger.com

I fell asleep and woke again without you on my mind
I had a dream but couldn't tell a foot from an inch from a mile
I stopped to load the gun and to choose where to stand for the crime
'Cause I knew after this I wouldn't stand for a while

Looking down the sights, I aimed my arm away from the sky
I never knew a pain you couldn't fix with a shot or nine
I fired on my right foot and took my left that night
The first for a sin then the left for the right

With purpose unfulfilled I put my focus on the crowd
The helpless in the group cry out, and I ignore the sound
I try to fall away into the arms that I see held out
But how am I supposed to fall without my feet on the ground
