At three a.m. it's usually when
The demons will appear
No need to shake you're soon awake
Their purpose very clear
You close your eyes but still they rise
Those worries never shared
Again you know that they won't go
You sink beneath despair

This nightly torment

And join the few that through the night
They do their shifts from ten 'til eight
They're never working 'til it's late
They probably never notice when
