There's something dark deep inside of me, it can always tell when people lie to me
I always fell anger build up within, that's when I know it's just beneath the skin
Worst thing is this is the world I know, even when I fight I never let it show 
It's like I'm trapped within my own mind, my own damn eyes are the bars I'm behind
Every so often I'll go and let it slide, but every time I do I need to run and hide
Cause after people see it they can never decide, am I good or bad whats the fucks up with this guy
If they say bad they just leave me out to die, if they say good they still give me the eyes
I always try tell them that I'm not a bad guy, but just like my ex they've already gone like bye 

I'm a different person but I even let it show, I look in the mirror to someone I don't know
I wish I could say things were better years ago, but I look back is that the truth I'll never know
I can never tell if people tell the truth, or if the too scared if they so they'll let it loose

Y'all don't know what the fucking shit is like, that's why I tell when I pick up the mic
