This was going to shift my life into a new direction 

Walked into a room of kids who ain't care about their life
Had a conversation with a kid who look like he dead inside
He said I saw you out there check in with your dad outside
Before I could even reply 
he said damn must be nice
Can't even fathom how much that shit had killed my pride
Had another conversation with kid that stabbed his brother twice
Had a conversation with a kid that saw her sister die
And I'm sitting tryna see how this all compares to me
Had another girl tell me that her uncle took her virginity 
Saw two niggas who was beefing because they came from different streets
I was feeling so guilty that I really couldn't even sleep
I was wondering if we ever could Really have peace

I was wondering how blind can I really be
I was so worried about myself that really couldn't see
That this life isn't about me
I realized that I had to believe 
I had to see other people scars and see how they bleed

I came home after a week and I felt like I was losing
I went to therapy and I felt like that shit was all stupid
After therapy 
Two years past then I dropped dichotomy 
Hoping that an album could kill the pain that was buried inside of me
Instead of dealing with depression 
Taught myself to compress it
And stay silent so nobody knew how I was really stressing 
A year went by and I was still searching for my spirit
I made this album hoping that I could feel it
I still be having flashbacks of me 12 years old in that building 
And now I'm sitting building on my own 
Creating my business 
Doing all of this music
F*ck whoever doubted 
I was surrounded By Judas
My friends thought I was a lunatic 
I lost hope in a crucifix 
Like who is this

I came back so I can spit a message
People telling me if I kill myself 
I couldn't go to heaven
I started to believe in the seven 
I started counting blessings
And entered into phase 7
