World history is against protocol
So they never taught me about the Berlin Wall
I was like "what's that, why did it fall?"
Feel like I haven't learned anything at all
Local history alone is allegedly plenty  
So why'd I have to look this up at age twenty
Now I'll say this about your syllabus
It drives adolescents to an abyss
Might not happen if you taught what's useful
Maybe teach kids anything that's crucial
