This is an introspection variables called life 
Test trials tribulations joys sorrows pain 
All kinds of stimulations sex pleasure rain 
Faith doubt & confusion you me I felt it all 
Needing some evolution been feeling rather dull  
External pleasures boring it's putting me to sleep
I'm watching eagles soaring I'm wanting to go deep
Take a little trip inside me bit of an internal search 
Past the ego that hides me sitting up on his perch 
These wheels they keep on turning spinning around and round 
As if I'm like here shuffling going through the lost and found 
So much adrenaline honestly I'm feeling rather stressed 
These thoughts been traveling getting me into a-lot of mess 
Needing some relaxation I feel I'm on a quest electric elevation into my quiet nest

Into a loft of light thoughts drop out of sight 
Three treasures my delight in alignment I invite 
Breath inside my Dantian expansion in the sea of Qi 
Swimming with imagination through every part of me 
Active relaxation super self aware I'm lost in mediation man truly there's no compare 
To the spot between my thoughts connected with the universe 
Silence be a friend of mine I'm watching as these clouds disperse 
Blue skies wide open pure essence free 
Evidence its heaven sent these blessings are here for me 
In this place where I am my true self no one watching 
On tortoise time my what an enormous find 
I'm inside enlightenment I'm heightened this is so inviting 
There's no wonder why I'm writing it rehearsing and reciting this

I need some new perspectives
I hear a higher call
We have our own respectives each to his own unfolds 
Life can be so busy moving a constant pace
Sometimes it leaves me dizzy spinning feeling out of place
My shape it is contorted this race is unimportant 
The truth has been distorted need me some metamorphin 
I'm losing my endorphins so much bullshit I'm sorting
Need me some room for my cocoon
My own proportion to slow my rate I gravitate toward a secret place 
And wait and as I breathe I feel create and move all through myself relate 
And open up all of my gates I clear the space and set it straight 
This is my meditative state just a little bit of time for me to take
