After a few busy weeks with no time to relax
I went back to Clovelly on a really rainy day

The cicadas had definitely gone into hiding
But oh the happy birds rain and running water
I had thought of the first part
Of this riff a few nights earlier
But I just hit record and
Worked the rest out as I played
Even if my first attempt was Interrupted by my breakfast delivery

After recording the guitar
On a voice memo
I then recorded the ambience
Of the moment by itself and had That laid in the background
