Sarah marks her desk with a pen
With a heart she writes an S and an N
She says to herself stop crying so much
As she hides in the bathroom stall with her lunch
She is on her bike when the school bell rings
No one notices as she leaves early
As she slips into a neighbor's pool
She dips for fun as she skips school
The sun bakes right down on her face

But she's just a kid

Now Sarah sleeps somewhere between grace and infinity
