Hey look, my first mixtape: Forever speeder volume 1
2013, I started writing, but that was not my first time
Already been doing this rap a long while
Working on a full tape, that was my first time
As you see me was the first track I ever did
I even put it as the opening song
I wrote that song with another beat, not the one you hear
When I thought about the concept, I was playing on the back street
I took two phones to my bedroom with my lyrics sheet
The other playing the beat, another one recording speech
If you listen clearly, you can hear my parents when they speak
They were in the other room the time I did the song, G
We had no booth, but I didn’t stop, I had to find a way
I also credit my brother for my first mixtape
The pic I used for the cover, he was behind the cam’ the other day
Bro, I’m very thankful, that is very great
Look, I still give thanks to the few people
Who listened to my songs, and told me they may need a sequel
My first song wasn’t really of the highest quality
But they still appreciated how I killed the beat
Although I struggled a lot to find a studio
I thank Riley and Toney for DJ Sbuda’s studio
I did The World is Ending, came back for other songs
In 2014, that’s when my first tape dropped

I started working on my second tape the same year
Writing lyrics to each and every beat that I ever heard
On back again, I started focusing on real life
Tryna make people aware, tryna give people advice
My homie Motion took the picture for the second tape
We were in school, and that time there was no better place to be
Cos then, we went back in when we saw the gate
We had no issue staying there until it’s very late
On back again, I only hit the stage for one song
And that’s the first one, I saw people asking me for more
And I was very glad, they really liked a rap song
The hook is kinda catchy, verses heavy dense song

On back again, I also came up with them punchlines
I wasn’t just telling stories, I’m a rapper, so I had to
Had to make sure that I’m not the Razor they wanna step to

The other 11 were done by myself on Es-Cay’s computer

Without the two of them, I think there won’t be no me
I worked on one song with Riley and Toney
The other 15 were me by myself, on my lonely
I share the brotherly love for Riley and Toney

I always been a dreamer even when I’m not asleep
That’s how I got inspiration for doing number 3 dream chaser
The opening song is, new year, and that was 2016
I was happy doing final year of high school
There was a lot I really been through
So, I put it on 12 songs, that’s what I had to do
Cos if I keep it to myself and never sharing with you,
It keeps haunting me like Ephraim, I’m messing with you
My homie Motion did the honours for the first picture
I used as a cover, I was in class, there was no teacher
I forever love you my brother, you’ve been a real one
You’re more than a friend, I think we’ve got the same blood
I thought it won’t hurt for me to get personal, and share my dreams
Tell the people what’s really inside my mind and my heart
My music is the story of my life
I felt I need to share the struggle and these hard times
But it wasn’t only that I’ve talked about,
I shared my feelings, not just a rapper with no love
The reason I put those songs on mixtape number 3
Is because the lady was really the girl of my dreams (And she still is)
I tend to be specific when I write songs
Not just a rapper spitting similes and metaphors
The reason is I don’t want those who’re listening to get lost
So, I really be specific in my songs

I already knew when I started writing from 2016 to 2017
That life has got something for me in store to be going through
Introspectiveness grew faster
Than a garden plant that is fed with fertilizers
I had to sit down and check with the surroundings
My life was changing and everything around me did
From a learner to a student up in varsity
Leaving home and coming back after nearly 6 months of studying hard
Getting few hours of sleep
But no complaints cos that’s how I’ll get all of my dreams
I made songs for everybody I got love for
Those who I know will never be praying on my downfall
And I can do the same, because we care for each other
And during hard times, we’re always there for each other
There’s few songs directed to all my enemies
Not that I had to, my chest has got a right of getting cleaned
Some people think that I’m quiet because I might be scared
But then I handle situations like the man I am
