Al Agami

Los Umbrellos was a Latin pop dance group formed in Denmark. It was formed by record producer Kenneth Bager in 1997 and disbanded in 1999. It was led by the rapper Al Agami, the exiled crown prince of the small African enclave of Lado. His family fled to Denmark to escape the persecution of Ugandan dictator Idi Amin. The group contained backing vocals from two former models and Danish TV co-hosts, Mai Britt Vingsøe and Grith Höifeldt. The group released only one album in 1997, entitled Flamenco Funk. Their single, "No Tengo Dinero", went to number 33 on the UK Singles Chart, and peaked at number 42 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 that year. The song also hit No. 1 in Austria and the top five in New Zealand, Switzerland and Italy. more »

I reopen my bible
That good, good book of lies
I located a chapter and a verse
And I saw with my own two eyes
How knowledge was king
And how we should now bow to the know how
Where truth is absolute
And really only wrong dogs are allowed
I feel the urge to instigate a riot
Fight my need to keep the quiet
Into this rain of terror
Louder than a fat ass Betty Rubble on a diet

I come from my mother
With a little bit of help from my father
I come from my mother
There can't be no other

I learned that I can't succeed without discipline
I gotta be doing well all the work that I be putting in
Cause there's else to be made
Justified by the means

I come from my mother
With a little bit of help from my father
I come from my mother
There can't be no other

This a crime scene
I wanna be my own editor and make the country quiet
I want a smash hit at the box office before I retire
I wanna be hard like the heartless
My faith is unshakeable
My assassins creed
I swear to the code of silence
Satisfaction guaranteed

I come from my mother
With a little bit of help from my father
I come from my mother
There can't be no other
Love

I read between the lines
Hoping to fill up the space
Forgotten so much wisdom
For wisdom is more common than waste
So I fill up my inner
My inner cavity with agony
I fill up my inner cavity with agony

I reserve the right to coin the phrases that I live by
I reserve the right to be my own false prophet
Blinded by my third eye
Come on

Let your inner child x3
Stay forever wild
Let your inner child x3
Stay forever wild

Therein lies the key to freedom
