Life is moving fast and things are changing rapidly
I feel like I have a few missed opportunities
Sometimes I wish there was two of me
One that lives life and one that faces scrutiny

Tryna change the old me which happens to be the younger me
Tryna fight my demons while ignoring ones from underneath
I could've done more my life feels sorta incomplete
In a weird way it seems bittersweet
And yes I know I'm only eighteen
But I've had paths and chances cut off like guillotine
I've had friends just run off and split
I've had girls tell me they didn't give a
Tell em how I feel but they didn't let me finish it
Guess I'll try to be less intimate
Play my heart just like an instrument
Play a note sorry if it's off a bit

I guess that I'm the bad person now
Whatever I did was deserving of a frown
And a tear the leaked from her eyelid
Blamed everything on me still don't know what I did
But I guess I'll take the blame and leave her be
