For the past 40 years I've been sat a desk
Sorting out problems and other people's mess
But now the comes the time to jack it all in
And paper and desk consign to the bin

Work and life balance has been so unfair
The see-saw always has my arse in the air
But retirement is lighter so time to have fun
Now to get some of that Grass on my bum

But this rollercoaster's been a pain in the bum
