Johnny Clegg & Juluka was a South African music band formed in the late 1970s. Led by Johnny Clegg, they were one of the first interracial bands in South Africa during the apartheid era. Their music blended Western pop with traditional Zulu rhythms and became known for its unique sound that crossed cultural boundaries. Johnny Clegg & Juluka gained international recognition and were instrumental in bringing South African music to a global audience. more »
