The Empyrean

The Empyrean is the eighth solo album by John Frusciante, released worldwide on January 20, 2009 through Record Collection. Frusciante did not plan on a following tour, as he instead wanted to focus on writing and recording. It was how I became
A Japanese citizen
I once fell in the rain
All police innocent
I cosigned to the game
Copper sea's imminent
I've gone and tried to relate
To what they did say to me
My possessions fell in the rain
Nothing saved by glamour or fame
What's in a name
What's in a name
Know I'm really sore in the face
Don't quit the game
Don't quit the game
Can't believe I'm sailing away
