Seems like the show writers just don't know what to say
No fresh ideas so the show's stuck on repeat
The same old stories about the rich crushing the meek

They killed off a character we'd hoped they'd save
And resurrected a monster we'd hoped would fade
They turned their back on the heroes and being brave
They'll sleep fine, there's no guilt lines on their faces

The plot twist is that people are still surprised by the latest deception and all the lies
They sit at home thinking 2 + 2 is five, do what you're told and just be glad that you're alive

Animals are more equal get used to it

Another day, another new antagonist
Just add them to the ever growing villain list
Just when you think things can't get much worse than this
Don't hold your breath here comes another predictable twist

They'll drag it out and try to bleed it till it's dry
They'll keep us guessing or at least that's what they'll try
Clutching at straws they know we've seen it all before
They know we couldn't care less and we don't care any more
