Am I ever gonna let it go?
The fact that I never had control
Of what I could never see
I been tryna make a plea to the lord

So I force it and pour into dreams

But then all crashes down

It's crazy how the wishy washiness of a religion makes it look
So grimy to the people on the outside
We all conflicted
That's why I'm tryna analyze
My self on a heart level
Too many desires
That my mind is settled on
Cause I done fueled too many fires
They could burn away the thing that's most important if
I don't continue to douse it with living water from that holy fountain
I been praying we all make it to the finish line

If in the past I didn't know if I could last but now I'm still alive
Today is mine so it's a do or die
