I'm sitting by the ocean and my hearts been broken tonight
I'm feeling barely sober, should I leave or should I call her alright
I know my heart is pumping and the blood is rushing to my head
And I can hear the echoes of all the things you said

She's wiped the makeup from off her lips
But it's half gone from the boy she's kissed
And I know, I know it was you

Oh I know, I noticed where you were last night
Oh god, I see the flicker in your eyes
The lie, of where the hell you were last night
Should I, let it go or let it die

I know your gun is loaded and you're holding it to my head
But what's the point in living if you'll only feel regret
I feel I'm treading water and I know it's getting harder to swim
But I will keep on fighting and I'll never let you in

She's wiped the makeup from off her lips
And it's half gone from the tears she's weeped
And I know, I know it was true

Oh I know, I noticed where you were last night
Oh god, I see the flicker in your eyes
The lie, of where the hell you were last night
Should I, let it go or let it die

Oh I know, I noticed where you were last night
I know, I noticed where you were last night
I know, I noticed where you were last night
Should I, let it go or let it die

Oh I know, I noticed where you were last night
Oh god, I see the flicker in your eyes
The lie, of where the hell you were last night
Should I, let it go or let it die

Oh I know
Oh I know
Oh I know
Oh I know
Oh I know
Oh I know
Oh I know
Let it go or let it die
