Well. You know. I just got to laugh. These folks, they about half crazy. They came back inside drenched to the bone. Farmer john handed out towels. Before you know it, people had their heads in the towels and they was swishing that old towel around and some of them was sticking their pinky up the towels and sticking them towels up their ears trying to get the water out their ears. Some were wiping the underside of their necks and the back of their necks and all that. Laughing and having a good time. I'm gonna tell you these folks were just having a good time. I don't know, you know. Even Chip, he pulled out a little flask and was passing that thing around and peoples was taking swigs of it you know. Everybody except for Dip maybe and little Hope. Well, little hope is just little scared still and it's becoming obvious to everybody else. Farmer John, he notices first and you know, he pulls out his guitar. He's... he's... He's tuning it up and the mood of the room is changing just a little bit. Ole Dip, he notices, you know, so he grabs his guitar. He pulls it out. Him and old, farmer John start tuning them guitars together. They reaching down hitting strings and turning knobs and stuff. Before you know it man, I didn't even see it coming but the old foreman's got a guitar too. She pulls that thing out. All that crazy commotion from the storm and the fence and the horse and all is just starting to ease off some. You can feel a little bit of a sigh coming on maybe in the house, you know. It's good timing too because ole Hope, she's got to go to bead pretty soon. And I think these folks are gonna help her to relax and take it easy.
