We will be using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you see things in a different light and to pick up on some habits you may have not notice. So tell me, what brings you in today?


Where do I start, I got a list of insecurities that written directly from the heart/
I never mind them cause I find them hindering to my art/
I'll sacrifice everything just for I can be a part of the genre that change my life/
The genre that gave me insight to the world/
I'm not the only one who's hurtin at night/
A quarter life crisis, fueled by different devices/
So I use vices to get a grip, to hold steady/
Try not to trip on the price of fame, Gotta be ready/
Can't let it slip through my fingers, need to stay sharp like I'm Freddy/
To make quotable lines, just like Mom's spaghetti,
I'm nervous, but I'm in it love like Teddy/
So I'll work a 9 to 5 to keep a dream alive/
I Gotta thrive, survival of the fittest isn't shit, if I just survive/
What I mean is that I'm the mode to be above average/
Like Kareem, I'll hook them in, can't pass on the magic/
But I'll pass on attachments, won't take a chance for my growth, not to grow/
For my worth, not to show, but I know, this is what I have to do/
I'll sacrifice my dreams for other people, this is true/
to be true to myself, I'll put my heart on the shelf/
I don't have time to love somebody else/
I barely have time for my own mental health/
How can they do this for the wealth/


Well, it seems like you already know a lot of your tendencies. I do notice that you seem to have a negative outlook on relationships with your personal goals. Tell me Chris, Do you really feel like interpersonal relationships will hinder your progress in life?

Avoiding commitments just like their some type of disease/
Being in pain alone put my mind at ease,
I ask myself why do I wanna go through this on my own/
Am I better at being alone/
I rather suffer in silence and solitude/
Than to bring someone into my internal feud/
The fight between my doubts and wondering if I'll make it/
To put her through that stress, man My conscience can't take it 
So I made the choice for her before she even speaks/
Never mind if she's not weak, she'll learn by the end of the week/
That this valley is our peak, and its only getting worse/
Done this so many times I don't need to rehearse/
I'm like an undertaker, put our feeling in a hearse,
Bury them 6 feet under, even if my mind wonder/
If she's the one, but I gotta get rid of her like its Uno/
Before the complications happens like the movie Juno/
I already hear her now, Chris, what are you doing/
You know that I Support you in the music you're pursuing/
But you say you gotta leave or else, we'll be ruined/
What you think happening now? Cause of your doing/
And she's right, but I refuse to bring her in to this life/
Not being able to support my future wife/
I refuse to put our love in a strain/
But I need you to show me you love me, this is my shame/
Show me the love my madre never got from my father/
Show me you'll go farther cause I want me a daughter/
Prove to me that you see the proof in my efforts to be open/
Never been close to somebody but lately I've been hoping that I can/
This wasn't part of the plan, but damn, didn't think that I'll become your biggest fan/
