World Leaders and Teachers

had to loose their lives, to open our eyes
that''s reality, not a fantasy

the word was spoken but no one heard
the message was given but they were afraid
the lesson was taught but nobody came 
as their name was called again and again 
they stood in dismay, and looked so surprised 
could not recognize the truth from the lies 
their eyes were open, but still they could not see
blinded by their way of life, but they missed their destiny 
They were all Black Leaders who gave their lives to free us
They were all World Leaders who gave their lives to change us 
for World to see, all men equally,for the World to see 
but treated differently

from each and every Country

can't be sure of who is your friend today

is it for real or is it for pay 
is it for pay
greed brings forth words you would never detect
and betrayed from the one you'd never suspect

but some men's life's destiny 
some life's destiny 
has earned them a place in history 
for the difference in the World their life has made 
they had to loose their life, so we could live
they crucified Jesus Christ

they took Dr Martin Luther King's life
they shot John Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln
Abraham Lincoln 
because he set our slaves free 
they were all Black Leaders 
who gave their life for free us 
They were all World Leaders
who give their life for change us
for the World to see all men are equally 
for the World to see
treated differently
