O.S.I. (short for Office of Strategic Influence) is a progressive rock/metal band formed in 2002. It was a collaboration between Kevin Moore (formerly of Dream Theater) and Jim Matheos (from the band Fates Warning). O.S.I. is known for their atmospheric and experimental sound, incorporating elements of electronic music and ambient textures into their compositions.
