I'm destined to be a rapper; I put my heart into this
Learnt to increase my vocab, became articulate

2022, there's four albums I've done
Wanted the fame and the fortune, it all sounded so fun
I got hounded by mum
Got annoyed by the instrumentals that would pound out the drum
I'd stay in on weekends, just to work on my music
Lose my mind in songs; it would hurt when I'd lose it
Friends would call me a loser, it was worse when they'd prove it
Was worth all the torment, was a better person I knew it
Cookin' up these rhymes is still my recipe
Playin' this rap game to fulfill my destiny
Slaughter emcees, and kill mics desperately
But the scene feels quite dead to me.
