Who is NEON? NEON is a Singer-Songwriter from Las Vegas Known to be a Vibe. NEON began singing and rapping at a early age in her elementary school choir. Taking interest in music at an early age she began writing songs and poems. In her teens she began choreographing as a hobby. She now dedicates her time writing, and advocating for body positivity and acceptance. Since Neon’s release of PAUL in 2019, embracing more of her influences was super important and influential in this upcoming project .
