(Jesse Cedillo was killed March 14th when deputies responded to a carjacking report at the Pueblo Youth Center)
(While investigating, they followed a car that matched the description when it crashed into a light pole)
(And then, deputies say Cedillo came toward them with a gun)
(And that's when a deputy fired shots)
(The family says their attorneys believe Cedillo did not have a gun)
