Pride
The exaltation of self
The love of self blown out of proportion
The consumption of arrogance
An ego bigger than the sky
The narcissism of a man
The disdain of a king
The patronage of a crowd
Who can only sing
Of another's deceit

Greed
The craving for more
The definition of gluttony
An example of vanity
The audacity to edacity
The rapid growing of selfishness
The eagerness to have it all
The excess to access all of the world's treasures
The will to kill for a greater treasure
The will to sacrifice all in their way

Wrath
The meaning of hate
The boiling point of a man
The adrenaline of a warrior
The rage of a bull
The driving urge behind murder
The determination to kill on sight
The flare up of anger
Inside a man
During the heat of war

Envy
The jealousy
That lies behind a man's eyes
The one and the only
Backbiting truth that sits on the shoulder of a man
The grudge held against another man
For taking his own dream
The prejudice
Held against another
For taking the life he sought after

Lust
The appetite for desires
The passion to seek
One's own dreams
The determination to get
And only get
The urge to acquire all they can
Never settling
Enough
Is not enough until they have it all

Gluttony
The spoiling of a man
The saturation
For appropriation
The tyrannical lust for the things they own
Absorbed by vanity
Drowning in dull
Lifeless and meaningless objects
No sense of control
All conscience lost in their own vanity

Sloth
A man
Absorbed by insolence
Laziness gone past the point of no return
The inactivity of a hopeless soul
The refusal
Of a job or to become a member of society
Exiling
All outside and active life
Sitting and drowning in their own sorrow

These are the cardinal sins
That drive a man to his own demise
Anyone who possess
Any of this trenchful qualities
Will find themselves
Drowning in deceit

When their life passes on
They will descend
Into the pits of hell
Raining in sorrow
For the rest of eternity
