The air's cloudiness subsided
Every once in a while I had gotten lonely
Noticing the freezing worms making their way across the pavement
I felt bad for those guys
It was another time like this

How everyone is going to freeze
"Oh lover," I said to myself

It's using a plastic shovel to dig a hole
It's what you've trained for since you've known
But guided gut assumptions emerge graciously hollow
There's always clarity on the other side
Once the sheep and crows all subside
And the hill I treaded so far to reach
Presently retreat back and enjoy the climb
A moment in which I vanish off

And notice things on the dresser by the bed
I would have never wanted to leave unsaid
A day for progressive accidents
And regarded favors that still subsist
Of agonized language buzzed in severed heads
Regret the passages which I once said

Remember my name, if it's what will be relevant
Partition the past and make all the pieces fit
Hiding away, could this be for my benefit
Forgot what to say cuz I forgot my intelligence
We stay obsolete as if it's all we know how to do
Dissecting words, useless, just like your attitude
Tempting my fate can be a nightmare of a task
I should just wait and let the moment pass
She's not quite adept to the abyss
And it took far too long to admit to all of this
