The easy, fast & fun way to learn how to sing: 30DaySinger.com

I got a mindset in the clouds
Doing traffic patterns
I used to wonder
How I would do it
Or make it happen
How I could be successful
Wit all my flaws
I use mistakes as a diving board
To jump shit off
Underdog when I won the title
Didn't have enough
I spun the block
Didn't see my efforts
Ain't adding up
Did calculations
Equation
Still wouldn't balance right
The other side looking greener
Like they water spiked
With fertilizer the sprinklers come on
Like clockwork
The time is right
At least twice
Even if yo clock broke
You sink or swim
It's unacceptable just to stay afloat
This time around
I'm watching harder
Than movie cameras
Used what I learned through the years
Like graduates from Stanford
Only for that check
Can we talk
Tevin Campbell
When I had Lil Dan
My efforts were really misguided
Like um on a plane getting drunk
And I'm the pilot
When I had e-fly
I was still on the wrong road
Thought I could make it with no directions
In the Snow
That's like saying
You going but don't know where to go
Realistic behavior shifted my balance up
Ingredients are my logic
Planning
A pinch of luck
Execution is crucial
Before I mix it up
The fruits of all my labor
Ding
Pick it up
I had gasoline drawers on
With no fire
Ella arrived on this earth
And she brought a lighter
The passion that I pursued
For all these many years
Couldn't feed my kids
Change they diapers
Or wipe they tears
The pot was bubbling
I bit off way more than I could chew
And my ingredients looking at me
Like what to do
Its time to eat
And I ain't have a fork
Or a spoon
So lets regroup players
Everyone to the huddle
Spirit gone run the ball
Cause I know he ain't gone fumble
Body just hand it off
Yeen even gotta block for em
Just run the play like i told ya
Cause god gone block
A lot for us
Future don't stop for us
Kids grow up before you know it
At this point mine will tell you
That he do a lot for us
Even though the kitchen was hot
I stayed to cook the meals
Pick em up from school
And put money on the bills
Help em with they homework
And clean up all they spills
Kiss they little scratches
And put on band-aids
Cause they the best things d's nuts
Ever made
