Born disobedient, energetic, brash and attentive
A clash of inventive imagination and astral projection
Attached to depression, a vessel of action
Sacked by passion, and arrested by acts of rejection
An ass when regressing, attacked when impressing
In tact when distressing, an asp unrelenting
An act unrepentant, a laugh most unpleasant
As it crackles through the canyons in a cackle unended
Upending what presently persists from the past
Insensitive, tentative, one must manage their mask
In this vast empty void, I converse with the truth
Return to reality annoyed, ascendent and tuned
Yet the eyes that gaze upon me leave me unsettled at least
Hungry eyes, desire life, and each soul seen, a feast
I transmute through the darkness - find the all within one
The speed of light within my mind, in my heart sparks the sun
My mindscape a tsunami, revenge tastes of umami divine
The full moon upon me, and planets forming a line
Below me the earth grips betwixt my toes sunken deep
A growl from my soul, as the ancient one sleeps
Cavernous halls crawl through the soul that this body retains
Ominous breaths breeze through the hot misty maze
No mirror nor microscope reveals the depth of this plane
No mind weak of will would accept this much pain
A choir of stolen voices repeats the chant of the lost
Warning those who storm me are doomed to pay deadly a cost
For this thick bile that I build in the throats of my foes
Sickens status quos, with their immoral quid pro quos
Yet the eyes that gaze upon me leave me unsettled at least

Reckon my becoming by the seconds I have recorded
Harken to the darkness to which I have resorted and reported
Extort your own portion when the mirror is revealed
Stare and face your own problem, witness your weapon and shield
Allow a gate within you to open, and then flood you with ice
Feel the sun burn within you, and turn inward your sights
The face fate wears reflects that which it first observes
It cares not for assurances, so don't bother with words
The shadow we cast never seeks to detach
Its position fixed, emotion nixed, no will to forge a new path
The torsion is as real as its inscrutable facts
Immutable its grasp, and endless it lasts
Defined only by light, darkness remains an intangible fiend
Frangible our species, searching for our imminent breach
Unknowing, we fumble in search of impossible dreams
Tossed in the cosmic pot of possibility schemes
