We have now entered an unknown galaxy
We are lightyears away
And it's way different then the Milky Way
So different
There's more planets
More moons
More Suns
And it's awesome
It's so cool
So cool
But you wouldn't believe how long it took me to get here
I left family behind
Friends behind
People I generally know, left behind
Stuck on Earth, having to deal with there fucking problems
While I have to go to a different universe just to fix mine
Yeah I have a lot of fucking problems
And you know so what?
So what?
I want to find happiness
I don't want to be sad
I don't want to be depressed
I don't want all that shit
I want to be me
I want to be fucking happy
So hopefully this galaxy don't f*ck me up like the last one
We're in the halcyon system
Get too close become a victim
The stars a bright, but you'll miss them
Trapped in the void with no way out, listen
Do you hear the complete silence? Existence gone in a minute
Meteor in space blinked out and ridden
Oxygen tank busted, hear the air hissing
Come back into the hull of the ship with frostbite symptoms
Air hits on the skin, burning from friction
Air is like glass, cutting with precision
Pushed past the limit
Bruising your spirit
Came all this way just to wimp out cause it's frigid
But you can't believe your eyes, everything in the galaxy seems fictitious
Beaten to believe into submission
Came cynical correct centred cause cinders
Blocking both botherers been bitten
Infected by the sadness, wish to pull the trigger
I don't know if this life is a simulation
But I don't want to sit around to be waiting
For something to f*ck up, bug out get dissipated
Collecting creative, concepts collaborating
With anybody who shares the same innovation
Meddling minds might master manipulation
But I'd rather perfect elevation
Alleviating the pain, pushing past elimination
Floating through the galaxy I won't stop
Picking up the shells from the bullets that I shot
But they hot
Getting blisters on the fingertips they begin to rot
Identify it'll be washed
Tried to get back the happiness, what did that cost?
About everything so now in space is where I'm lost
In The Halcyon System is where I am lost
So hopefully this universe is big enough to deal with all my problems
Cause I have a lot
Some things I just can't get into
But you know what?
I'm going to call this universe
The Halcyon System
To try and find happiness that was once lost
