The easy, fast & fun way to learn how to sing: 30DaySinger.com

Staring off, at the rest of the world moving on
I can remember feeling so alone
Winter haunting me all summer long
And beyond
I was wrong to think I'd miss everything that I've lost
To think I'd be better off dead and gone
But you get me through the dark when it's hard to even picture tomorrow

And I don't know where this is going to lead
But you're always there to get me back home
When the whole world is falling to pieces around me
And I don't know how you help me to sing when I can't speak
We can create what we need, let it flow
And if it's no good we'll tear up the pages and start clean

Now we lock ourselves together in my room after dark
Trying to get to the truth of it all
Yeah we put in the hours, who'd of thought?
Heed the call
And I'm grateful you've given me the best damn reason to stay
Though you drive me insane
It's a beautiful heartache that I'm not willing to trade
Yeah, I'd gamble everything

And I don't know where this is going to lead
But you're always there to get me back home
When the whole world is falling to pieces around me
And I don't know how you help me to sing when I can't speak
We can create what we need, let it flow
And if it's no good we'll tear up the pages and start clean

Yeah, I can be an idiot, no savant
Inner demons aside, I can't decide which I'm on
With the weight of the world on me, I show up late like a punk
Imagine me when I'm famous, I'm bad enough when I'm drunk
Uh - working on me, working on me
Ain't expected to be perfect, are we?
You've been with me through the worst scenarios
And I survived another birthday
God damn
Yeah, that might be real as it, real as it gets
You bring me health when I beat up myself
Elevation when I'm feeling depressed
With the weight of the world on me, I show up late like a punk
Imagine me when I'm famous, I'm bad enough when I'm drunk

And I don't know where this is going to lead
But you're always there to get me back home
When the whole world is falling to pieces around me
And I don't know how you help me to sing when I can't speak
We can create what we need, let it flow
And if it's no good we'll tear up the pages and start clean

And I don't know where this is going to lead
But you're always there to get me back home
When the whole world is falling to pieces around me
And I don't know how you help me to sing when I can't speak
We can create what we need, let it flow
And if it's no good we'll tear up the pages and start clean
