GRAE

The Revolutionary Government of Angola in Exile (Portuguese: Govêrno revolucionário de Angola no exílio, or GRAE) was a self-proclaimed government-in-exile based in Léopoldville (modern-day Kinshasa) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo during the Angolan War of Independence. It was led the National Liberation Front of Angola (Frente Nacional de Libertação de Angola, FNLA) and its president was Holden Roberto. The GRAE was founded in April 1962 and had its armed forces stationed in the Congo where it also conducted military training. Congolese aid to the GRAE was gradually reduced once Moïse Tshombe became prime minister. I don't know what happened to make you shift
Maybe there's something in your brain that clicked
You left a scar on my heart
There's no more till death do us part
I've tried every remedy I thought could get me through
But a knife couldn't cut deeper than you do
Spending an eternity watching the sun and moon
Because without you forever feels blue
My heart breaks, your heart burns
We never seem to learn
Maybe this town got the best of us
What if all the timing's wrong
What if we just don't belong
How am I supposed to move on
My heart breaks, your heart burns
We never seem to learn
Maybe this town got the best of us
What if all the timing's wrong
What if we just don't belong
How am I supposed to move on
I don't know what happened to make you shift
Maybe there's something in your brain that clicked
You left a scar on my heart
There's no more till death do us part
Nothing has ever hurt me this way before
I've spent the week laying on my bathroom floor
Waking up and throwing up at least two times a day
What can I say except I'm not okay
My heart breaks, my stomach turns
I never seem to learn
Maybe this town got the best of me
It's not that the timing's wrong
It's because we don't belong
I don't know how I'm gonna go on
I don't know what happened to make you shift
Maybe there's something in your brain that clicked
You left a scar on my heart
There's no more till death do us part
My heart's broken, but it still works
I think I've finally learned
Maybe this town has seen the last of me
Maybe now my timing's right
I can't go on with this fight
I think now is my time to move on
