God please grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change
I woke up today so I can’t complain I just need the strength to fix my ways
Got caught up in the game and forgot to pray I was switching up chains like a dang new slave
Gold chain, silver chain, black chain a nigga having’ mood swings
So I often intoxicate, thinking’ the crossfade will help me see straight, or at least ease my pain or at least keep me from shaking’ when I’m feeling anxious or insane
And I don’t know when I started calling women out they name
It’s a shame how us men think it’s ok, but is it too late to save my generation

But they not really ready for danger

They just hurt the people that you call neighbor

And as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death

Cause nowadays even a bird’ll try and snake ya over cheap labor
So my soul is movin’ slow like a turtle
But in my heart, I’m a mutant teenager
My physical form is in the middle figurin’ out when to be patient 
Am I on the right path, if not I guess I made my own tracks goin‘ with the flow 
But I pray that, I meet you at the crossroads
