The Cure

The Cure are an English rock band formed in Crawley, West Sussex in 1976. The band has experienced several line-up changes, with frontman, vocalist, guitarist and principal songwriter Robert Smith being the only constant member. The Cure first began releasing music in the late 1970s with its debut album Three Imaginary Boys (1979); this, along with several early singles, placed the band as part of the post-punk and New Wave movements that had sprung up in the wake of the punk rock revolution in the United Kingdom. "I don't care"
If only I could say that
And not feel so sick and scared
"I don't care"
If only I could say that
If only my eyes would close...

"It's Jesus brilliant"
You used to laugh
"Walking these gorgeous blocks...
This top is the place
Where nobody goes
You just imagine
You just imagine it all... "

Every day I lie here
And know that it's true

All I really want is you
Please come back
Please come back
Like all the other ones do...

Please come back
All of you...
