I'm leaning out a cop car laughing
Drug theme of a pop star crashing
Cigarettes and a homeless holiday
God I need a better way to get away
Tell me there's a reason
Something to believe in
Do you ever get that feeling like, f*ck it?

Couple of kids in the night with their high hopes
Old souls with the holes in the overcoats
Spending money like we'll never see a dime again
Coming up short time and time again
I could use a weekend
Shaking like I need it
Do you ever get that feeling like?

We're just kids
We'll never be stronger than this now
We're just kids
Will it ever get better than this now?
Oh my god I'm dreaming
Girl you got me screaming
Do you ever get that feeling like, feeling like we're just kids?
We'll never be stronger than this now
Will it ever get better than this?

It's a good life, bad things happen
Kinda funny like best friends rapping
If all dogs go to heaven
I'ma rob a 7-Eleven
Holy shit, I'm peaking
Everybody's freaking
Do you ever get that feeling like?

We're just kids
We'll never be stronger than this now
We're just kids
Will it ever get better than this now?
Oh my god I'm dreaming
Girl you got me screaming
Do you ever get that feeling like, feeling like we're just kids?
We'll never be stronger than this now
Will it ever get better than this?

On fire
Got that feeling like you're really running for your life
It's alright
On fire
Got that feeling like you're really running for your life
It's alright

We're just kids
We'll never be stronger than this now
We're just kids
Will it ever get better than this now?
Oh my god I'm dreaming
Girl you got me screaming
Do you ever get that feeling like, feeling like we're just kids?
We'll never be stronger than this now
Will it ever get better than this?

Just kids
We'll never be stronger than this now
We're just kids
Will it ever get better than this now?
Will it ever get better than this?

Hedley

Hedley are a pop punk band from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, formed in 2004. The band originated in Abbotsford, British Columbia. They were named after the town of Hedley, British Columbia, a name chosen after members heard that it was for sale for $346,000.[citation needed] While the idea of buying the town ran its course, the name remained. There are also rumors that the name "Hedley" originated from Hedley Street in Abbotsford, the hometown of Jacob Hoggard.[citation needed] Hedley performed their hit song "Cha Ching" at the closing ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. more »
