Rob Werthner (singer/songwriter/guitarist) formed the band in 2001 with bassist Luis Espaillat, drummer Kory Knipp and Louisville, KY guitarist Tim Flaherty, and added keyboardist Daniel Feese prior to the 2002-2003 tour.
