Phoenix is a French alternative rock band formed in 1999. The band consists of Thomas Mars (vocals), Laurent Brancowitz (guitar), Christian Mazzalai (guitar), and Deck d'Arcy (bass). They gained international fame with their 2009 album "Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix," which featured the hit single "1901."
