Self-conscious, I start to wonder who gon' like it up

I get myself in certain situations way too often

Remembered Jesus held me down when He ain't had to
So now I give Him praise when I've been given instrumentals
Influential to the people who around me
Lost is an understatement, thank the Lord that He had found me
Say it proudly for the people who are hiding 'cause they're still afraid

So now I am glad to boast about my weakness, so that the power of Christ can work through me
That's why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ
For when I am weak, then I am strong
